Customers are responsible for traffic tickets, parking tickets, fines, tolls, penalties, and other violations incurred during the rental period under the rental agreement. Jamaica's Road Traffic Act, 2018 and Road Traffic Regulations, 2022 took effect on February 1, 2023 and include offences and fines for matters such as driving without a valid driver's licence, driving without required insurance, and failure to obey traffic controls.
